Purchases, coins and Remove ads

Accounts and cloud save

Cloud save is optional and uses your Apple or Google sign-in. You're responsible for your sign-in. You can delete your account at any time, as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend cloud save for an account that is used to abuse the service.

Ads and other services

Our games show ads from Google AdMob and use services from Apple and Google. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services, and we aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.

Changes and availability

We update our games to add content, fix problems and keep them running. We may change or end features, puzzles, events or a game itself. If we stop offering a game, we'll try to give notice in the game first.

No warranty

Our games are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running and your progress safe, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a game is limited to what you paid us for that game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the games or for support, though Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries for apps downloaded from the App Store.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
