Privacy policy
The short version: you don't need an account, we don't ask for your name or email in our games, and your game progress stays on your device. Our ad and analytics partners collect some device information, as described below.
Who we are
Bright Harbor Games is a trade name of ABT Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@playbrightharbor.com.
Information stored on your device
Your scores, level, coins, streak, word book and settings are saved on your phone. We do not receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Information collected by our partners
- Advertising (Google AdMob). To show ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, device type and how you interact with ads. On iPhone, we ask your permission before any tracking for personalized ads; if you decline, you see non-personalized ads. In the European Economic Area and the UK, we ask for consent before personalized ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase). We receive anonymous usage information, such as levels reached, session length and crash details, to fix bugs and improve the game. It is not linked to your name.
- Purchases (Apple and Google). In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase happened.
How we use information
To run and improve our games, fix problems, show ads that keep the games free, and confirm purchases. We do not sell personal information for money.
Your choices
- Limit ad tracking: on iPhone, Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; on Android, Settings > Google > Ads.
- Remove ads entirely with the "Remove ads" purchase in the game.
- Ask us a question or make a privacy request by emailing support@playbrightharbor.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have rights to access or delete information about you; we will help you exercise them with our partners.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
